Clients and Collaborators

Before focusing on healthcare consulting, Intrepida Strategy completed projects in Political Advocacy, International and Domestic Policy, Impact Investment and Electoral Campaigns. Check the Consulting page for deeper dives of past work, the Media page for influencer campaigns, or review a sampling of companies and organizations we're proud to have worked with below:

Texas Health Action

Alicia served on the community advisory board of Texas Health Action for years before formally partnering with them to build an intersex health offering within their virtual and in-person Kind Clinics throughout Texas. She facilitated focus groups, conducted a nationwide survey and extensive online research, and more to inform the design of a new health program and roll it out among THA's hundreds of administrative, medical and support staffers.

LOUD Capital

LOUD Capital is an early-stage venture capital firm providing capital, entrepreneurship, and education to grow impactful companies across the globe. I worked with LOUD to help them launch a $10million seed-stage fund in Texas, focused on investing in and empowering LGBTQIA+ business leaders (Pride Fund I).

I help raise funds to sustain Savimbo's vital work, offering fair-trade carbon credits through empowering indigenous farmers in sustainable agroforestry projects within the Colombian Amazon. Much like other fair-trade products (e.g. coffee or chocolate) we work directly with indigenous communities to give them a fair-market rate on their products and create local economies based on international reforestation needs.

I secured corporate partnerships to sponsor 1000 Black and Browns students through the OHUB.SXSW program to funnel early-stage BIPOC talent into careers in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. I also helped broker the public-private partnerships needed to establish Austin's Equity District—a collaborative framework to institutionalize racial equity in Austin’s tech, start-up & innovation ecosystem.

Diive is an immersion study abroad and virtual internship program that is utilized by schools from University of Oxford to Harvard University. I was tasked with designing a curriculum on structuring new systems for a post-COVID era, specifically modules on on Health and Economy in Africa—merging my experience in public policy, professional roots in international business, academic chops in development economics and background cultivating young visionaries focused on systems change.

interACT Advocates

Advocates for Informed Choice, dba interACT or interACT Advocates for Intersex Youth, is a 501 nonprofit organization using innovative strategies to advocate for the legal and human rights of children with intersex traits. I provide policy and advocacy strategy for a state-by-state legislative initiative to promote and protect the rights of intersex individuals across the US.

Danielle for All

I managed a City Council race for who would have been the first openly trans elected official in the state of Texas. I oversaw all departments—finance, field, communications, etc.—and managed a team of one candidate, a Deputy Campaign Manager, 6 paid field organizers and numerous volunteers. Our campaign was featured everywhere from the Young Turks to Forbes, and we were endorsed by everyone from Cory Booker to former actor and latinx voting advocate Wilmer Valderama.

Julie Oliver for Congress

Julie Oliver ran for Congress in Texas' 25th Congressional district, on a bold campaign for Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, a pathway to citizenship, and an economy that works for everyone. I served as Julie's Interim Political Director through her successful 2020 primary. Julie Now leads Ground Game Texas—an organization building coalitions to achieve progressive wins for Texas communities.
