Savimbo

I help raise funds to sustain Savimbo's vital work, offering fair-trade carbon credits through empowering indigenous farmers in sustainable agroforestry projects within the Colombian Amazon. Much like other fair-trade products (e.g. coffee or chocolate) we work directly with indigenous communities to give them a fair-market rate on their products and create local economies based on international reforestation needs.

ohub.jpeg

I secured corporate partnerships to sponsor 1000 Black and Browns students through the OHUB.SXSW program to funnel early-stage BIPOC talent into careers in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. I also helped broker the public-private partnerships needed to establish Austin's Equity District—a collaborative framework to institutionalize racial equity in Austin’s tech, start-up & innovation ecosystem.

Danielle for All

I managed a City Council race for who would have been the first openly trans elected official in the state of Texas. I oversaw all departments—finance, field, communications, etc.—and managed a team of one candidate, a Deputy Campaign Manager, 6 paid field organizers and numerous volunteers. Our campaign was featured everywhere from the Young Turks to Forbes, and we were endorsed by everyone from Cory Booker to former actor and latinx voting advocate Wilmer Valderama.

Julie Oliver for Congress

Julie Oliver ran for Congress in Texas' 25th Congressional district, on a bold campaign for Medicare for All, a Green New Deal, a pathway to citizenship, and an economy that works for everyone. I served as Julie's Interim Political Director through her successful 2020 primary. Julie Now leads Ground Game Texas—an organization building coalitions to achieve progressive wins for Texas communities.
